Our Promise
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy on all TeraWallet Pro purchases.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no explanation required.
1. Eligibility
This refund policy applies to:
- All TeraWallet Pro plugin purchases made through https://standalonetech.com
- Refund requests submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
Since TeraWallet Pro is a digital product, there is nothing to return. Simply submit your refund request and we will process it promptly.
2. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Send an email to support@standalonetech.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your order number or the email address used during purchase
- That's it. No explanation is required — though feedback is always welcome so we can improve
3. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
4. After a Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your TeraWallet Pro license will be deactivated
- You will lose access to Pro features, updates, and priority support
- The free version of TeraWallet will continue to work on your site
5. Exceptions
While we strive to honor every refund request within the 30-day window, we reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:
- Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase
- Evidence of abuse or fraud (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles)
6. Renewals
If your license auto-renews and you no longer wish to continue, you may request a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge. We recommend cancelling auto-renewal from your account before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
